Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are $6 for the first item and $1 for each additional item, with the exception of Blenko Glass which is $12 to ship. We ship our items First Class by United States Postal Service (USPS).  If you need an item faster or shipped any other way, just give us a call and we will work it out.

 We strive to ship orders within 2 working days of receipt of the order.Orders received late Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped out Monday morning.

Return Policy

Items may be returned for a full refund up to 14 days after purchase.  Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. However, if you would prefer an exchange, shipping will be free for the new item.  Returns and exchanges cannot be handled through the website, so please give us a call.  If the item is defective, we will work out a full refund or exchange, as many of our items are one of kind pieces. Each situation and customer is individual, so please know that our ultimate goal is a very happy customer---we will do whatever is necessary to make your experience shopping at The Vintage Lady a happy one.
